FEE SCHEDULE

Placement fees are paid by the employer. After employers interview with our candidates, if they wish to hire one of our employees, a conversion fee becomes due. There is no fee obligation unless the applicant actually begins employment.

Temporary

For the services of our employees we send out an invoice. The assigned temporaries are employees of Business Connections. Business Connections warrants that its employees are adequately covered by Workers’ Compensation Insurance and that it assumes total responsibility to pay all applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes and unemployment taxes, as well as social security, state disability insurance and all other payroll charges.

Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire

A nominal fee is payable if the candidate is hired directly or indirectly by the employer or any of its affiliates as a result of Business Connections’ services on either an on-going, temporary or consulting basis within one year after the last day of an assignment or from the date of referral.

Employee Leasing

For a low mark-up rate, put your employees on our payroll. Business Connections considers them to be our employees while they work for you under your direction. You will experience tremendous savings on overhead costs!

Guarantee Policy

Business Connections guarantees placement for direct hires for thirty (30) days. If the employee hired through Business Connections voluntarily resigns without just cause, or is terminated for just cause within thirty days, we will replace the employee or refund the fee.

Quantity Discounts

Business Connections offers discounts based on volume, represented as reductions from our regular fees. Such discounts are based upon the quantity of net hires within one year.
